Google has a feature on Chrome that pre-renders the first result on Google’s search results before the user clicks on the page, meaning that the load tiem is virtually instantaneous. This makes a big difference for the user experience because loading time is like standing in line at the DMV – people know it’s going to happen, but nobody likes it when it happens to them.
Yet another reason to try to be the first result of Google. You know, because 35% of all clicks wasn’t enough reason before.
