Account Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage ongoing and new client relationships alongside our growing Account Services Team. As an Account Manager, you’ll create campaigns and projects, communicate with clients, provide quality service in a timely manner, prepare meeting agendas and manage timelines and budget for clients and projects. The Account Manager should be someone who is very organized, detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving, is a people-person, can develop relationships with a wide array of people, and has strong communication skills. The Account Manager should understand the basic fundamentals of marketing and should be able to create and manage a full spectrum marketing campaign from start to finish.

Tasks and Duties

  • Manage Day to Day Client Communication
  • Onboard and Set Up Client Projects in Project Management System
  • Attend and Lead Client Meetings/Calls
  • Prepare Meeting Agendas/ReCaps for All Client Meetings/Calls
  • Manage Client Projects and Ensure Quality Delivery
  • Work with Account Services to Allocate Resources
  • Manage Timelines/Budgets for Clients and Projects
  • Copy Editing & Quality Assurance: Approve New Campaign Assets
  • Participate in the Creation of Marketing Campaigns
  • Participate in the Creation of Marketing Strategies & Tactical Development

Desired Qualifications

  • Degree with an Emphasis in Marketing, Public Relations or Related Field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a role such as:
    • Account Manager
    • Marketing Manager
  • Agency experience is preferred
  • Website Project Management is a plus
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or with a team
  • Attention to detail and strong time-management skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work hard
  • Experience preparing reports
  • Self-motivated and able to self-teach
  • Strong communication skills

Working Interview

All applicants who pass the first interview will be asked to come into OTM for a half-day (4 hour) working interview
