Digital Marketing Intern

OTM, an award-winning creative agency based in Fort Collins, Colorado, is hiring a Digital Marketing Intern to work with our 14-person team part-time.

This internship is a paid position (remote or hybrid), starting at $17/hour and re-evaluated regularly.

Our interns create their own schedules and have the option to work at a hot desk in our office or remotely.

Responsibilities:

Working with our Storytelling Specialists to create and schedule social media content
Posting natively through social apps for clients
Assisting our Marketing Specialist with SEO tasks and checklists
Assisting our Account Planners as well as our Chief Strategy Officer with brainstorming fun campaigns for our clients
Research, Content Creation & More!

Professional Skills/ Abilities

Knowledge of marketing strategies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Aptitude with various social media platforms
Ability to learn and process information
Organization and time management skills

And most importantly – CURIOSITY!

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $17/hour and is reassessed regularly. As an intern grows, learns, and provides more value to the agency and our clients, there is potential to grow hours and pay.

There is also the potential to move into our Full Time Marketing Coordinator role, which is a salary-based entry level marketing role within our agency.

As the Head of Marketing at Encompass Technologies, I considered Old Town Media an extension of our marketing team.
