Rachel is a Colorado transplant from Northern Illinois! After graduating from Ball State University with a degree in Advertising, Rachel has spent the last few years managing accounts and building marketing dreams for all her clients. She thrives on the fast-paced agency life and with strong organization and communication skills, a strategic mindset, contagious energy, and her love of working with all kinds of people she is beyond thrilled about her new home at OTM.

Background and Experience

Rachel grew up in Galena, an idlylic small town in the hills of the northwest corner of Illinois. A member of an entrepreneurial family, she had an early look at what it meant to own and run a business. The outgoing person that she is, Rachel fell in love with marketing as a means to make business owners’ lives simpler and more enjoyable through client relations.

Rachel bounced around the midwest as she began her marketing journey. She received a BS in Advertising from the College of Communication Information and Media at Ball State University in Indiana. Then moving to Iowa, she joined a marketing agency as a part of their Account Services department.

During her time in Iowa, Rachel worked with clients in a variety of industries and became proficient in the art of marketing strategy, ultimately helping her to more accurately anticipate her client’s needs. In 2018, with a hint of apprehension, Rachel and her husband ventured west with their beloved husky in search of new adventures.

Settling in Fort Collins, Rachel was determined to find a marketing team that shared her passion and vigor for making an impact through client engagement. Naturally, OTM was a perfect fit, and Rachel was brought on as an Account Director responsible for building and overseeing the Account Services Department.

Rachel designed OTM’s Client Engagement Model to ensure the provision of meaningful and purposeful experiences for our clients, and in 2022 became an OTM partner. Rachel is someone who is for the people. She works to provide confidence for our clients that their goals are our goals creating a system of transparency that allows them to witness the progress along the way.

When not fostering authentic client engagement, you’ll find Rachel spending time with her husband and playing with their daughter. She loves camping and being outdoors, orchestrating parties and themed events, traveling in search of the perfect cocktail, and is masterful in the art of charcuterie.
