Developing a Lifestyle Brand from the Ground Up

OTM had the pleasure of partnering with 55 Resort Apartments, a resort style 55+ community bringing its first development to Water Valley, Colorado the Spring of 2020. The community, which boasts the widest variety of amenities of any of the region’s 55+ communities, will feature luxury apartments that lend to a lock & leave lifestyle.

Starting with a completely blank canvas, OTM developed a brand for 55 Resort Apartments with versatility in mind. We needed to not only capture the lifestyle and luxury, but keep the look and feel versatile enough to be used anywhere – from Florida and Arizona to Colorado and the Rocky Mountains.

The Brand Voice

We aimed to develop messaging for 55 Resort Apartments that communicated the luxury and lifestyle serving amenities provided to its members, aligning with the on-site experience of members and interested renters.

The Brand Visuals

Tangible manifestations of the 55 Resort Apartments brand include images of various amenities and lifestyle images of members enjoying them, as well as messaging that focuses on keywords such as “lifestyle,” “thrive,” “luxury,” “premium,” “amenities” as well as directly referencing the amenities and resort lifestyle the complex provides guests.

Bringing the Brand to Life

We brought the 55 Resort Apartments brand to life through a multi-channel marketing strategy which included a website, digital billboards, on-site events, a social media marketing campaign, a digital advertising campaign and various print marketing materials.
