The Youth Clinic
We’ve been the creative partner to The Youth Clinic since 2013 and we’ve since worked to continually evolve its brand including two website redesigns and hundreds of campaigns.
In 2018, we realized that there was an opportunity to shift the conversation from reactive care to proactive care and that’s when we launched the We Care Well Care campaign.
Through user experience analysis, research and discovery, we identified the need for a multidimensional, omnichannel marketing campaign focused on promoting Well Care visits to parents throughout Northern Colorado.
Having recently redesigned The Youth Clinic website on WordPress, we first determined that we needed to make sure the Well Care section of the website was easy to find and understand – but we also wanted to ensure an engaging experience for parents.
We decided to create custom functionality for the Well Care page on the website that allows for parents to select only their child’s age in order to identify necessary immunizations, paperwork and more. The result? Less scrolling and a more customized experience for parents with children anywhere from 1 month to 18 years old.
We then moved into creating an omnichannel marketing strategy that included search and social ads, monthly email marketing to patients and grassroots marketing with a focus on philanthropy and community support.
In less than 1 month, we saw the following results:
Increase in New Users to the Website
Increase in Average Session Duration
Increase in Well Care Page Visits
Decrease in Well Care Page Bounces
