Roche Constructors is a proven leader in the construction industry with locations throughout Colorado, Nevada, and Indiana. Roche initially hired OTM to help with a new website, but has since partnered with us on a variety of projects – one of those being the creation of the Team Roche on-site employment brand. After almost two full years of the pandemic restricting Roche from having a physical presence on-site at recruitment events, such as college career fairs, 2021 brought that opportunity back to the forefront and Roche wanted to be sure to stand out.

Approach

OTM wanted to combine physical and multimedia storytelling into one recruitment campaign that would debut at the Colorado State University career fair in the summer of 2021. We partnered with Team Roche to create a recruitment video, human-centric displays, and handouts featuring QR codes to drive interested candidates directly to matching webpages for applying.

RESULTS

Team Roche was thrilled to have one of the most on-brand and eye-catching booths at the career fair, and they loved the outcome so much we ordered a second set of everything to have on-site at the Nevada office.

As the Head of Marketing at Encompass Technologies, I considered Old Town Media an extension of our marketing team. OTM worked closely with us on rebranding and repositioning, multiple industry-first product launches, key industry events, and integrated demand generation campaigns while we grew our marketing team and acquired new companies.
