Travel Lite RV

Based out of Syracuse, Indiana, Travel Lite RV (TLRV) is a lightweight travel trailer and truck camper manufacturer focused on creating beautiful, innovative, yet affordable RV solutions for campers of all ages. A team of enthusiasts and adventurers, OTM jumped at the chance to work hand-in-hand with TLRV on a visual strategy for its 2021 line-up launch. Knowing the importance of both photo and video in the RV industry, we set out to capture these RVs (snow or shine) in the Colorado mountains with both a video and photo strategy in tow. Additionally, we launched a new website for the manufacturer, bringing their focus to both dealers and consumers complete with a dealer portal built to compliment their internal processes.

Approach

One thing we didn’t take into consideration was the fact that TLRV was launching its RV line-up in the dead of winter – but that small detail didn’t stop our team from gearing up and getting the job done in time for the launch of the 2021 line.

But rather than just capturing the RVs by themselves, we suited up our Chief Strategy Officer and the TLRV National Sales Manager to pose as a happy couple, showcasing the versatility and warmth of the campers with a staged lifestyle shoot.

RESULTS

We’re proud to report 2021 was a record year for TLRV, and the videos we created have garnered views from all over the country.

In fact, HWY34 RV, a local dealer in Colorado posted the video on Facebook and saw 4,700 views in just two-weeks time (see the post for yourself here!)

Additionally, since the launch of the new TLRV website they have seen a 17% conversion rate on their Contact Form, and more than 60,000 users have used the ‘Does this Camper Fit My Truck’ tool on the website.
