Sometimes companies will try to refresh their brand by giving it a facelift or a complete re-do. Sometimes they get it right and sometimes they get it wrong. The examples below are ones that were trying to be fresh and edgy but now either come across harsh, unrecognizable or just plain ugly. Its a good lesson to keep in mind when trying to freshen up your brand. Make sure to keep the same  iconic elements so people do not have to re-learn your brand.
